R308 154 – R362 994 per annum (Level 07)

REQUIREMENTS :
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B (equivalent or higher qualification);
- A minimum of 1- year relevant administrative support experience in a traffic law enforcement working environment.
Competencies:
Knowledge of the following:
- Organisational and management practices, policies and operational functioning of the Chief Directorate;
- Sound knowledge of financial management, monitoring and reporting procedures and systems related to budget monitoring instrument, approved post list, expenditure commitment reports;
- Strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation processes;
- General office administration and database management;
- General support systems;
- Information and Record Management/Administration;
- Administrative procedures and processes;
- Procurement processes;
- Computer-based information systems.

DUTIES :
- Render administrative support services;
- Co-ordinate M&E activities and maintain the relevant systems;
- Provide support to the Traffic Centre for supply chain management activities;
- Render advice and liaise with regard to administrative matters;
- Supervisory functions.
